Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

Bay Basics ships packages via the US Postal Service Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipment tracking information is provided on your order receipt, and is available through www.usps.com. Shipping is free for all orders over $149.00. For all other orders, there is a flat shipping charge of $7.50. Other shipping methods are available by request, but will be paid for at the customers expense.

Additional shipping charges may apply if there are multiple product lines ordered on the same order. The order will be shipped when order is complete and there are no outstanding items from any manufacturer's. Please request if you would like items shipped separately when they are available to ship, or if you would like Bay Basics to hold all items for shipping until the entire order is fulfilled. Separate shipments may result in additional shipping fees.

The standard shipment timeline for Cut Loose clothing is 4 - 6 weeks as these items are sewn and dyed to order.

Bay Basics does not insure shipments unless requested by customers. Insurance obtained for shipments will be at the customers sole expense.

Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges. Customers will be notified individually if additional shipping charges may apply.

International Shipping

International orders, inclusive of Canada, will be shipped via the United States Postal Service. Shipping to Canada can take longer than shipping within the United States, therefore, shipping may exceed the turnaround times stated for merchandise.
